Colbert to Speak at Columbia -- Or Will the Republicans Stop Him?

Slate is reporting that Stephen T. Colbert will speak at Columbia this week.

“It’s true,” Columbia mayor confirmed Friday. “When I heard that (Colbert) was running for president, I said, ‘Let’s invite him down here. Let’s show him all the great things about Columbia.’”

Hah. I bet you thought I meant Columbia University where Iranian president Ahmadinejad spoke a couple of weeks ago.
